Job Title: PLC Programmer

Job Description

This is a role based in Oklahoma for a PLC Programmer. The position involves in-office programming, field service support, and development of small to mid-size water and wastewater treatment applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and program SCADA PLC systems (Allen Bradley).
• Implement serial, fiber optic, radio, and cellular communications.
• Design and configure graphic applications for OIT, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Assist with the development of programming standards.
• Provide startup and troubleshooting support for field service technicians.
• Make minor changes and implement them in the field as a PLC Technician.
• Create wiring diagrams, program, and start up field instruments, and develop PLC programming for HMI SCADA/Wonderware or C-More systems.
• Work with pressure meters, flow meters, analyzers, online field instruments, and level meters.
• Develop and field experience for mid-level tasks in the manufacturing background.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PLC programming with Allen Bradley.
• Experience in HMI development.
• Field experience in PLC programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).
• Understanding of computer networking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
