Wastewater Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd shift (11pm-7am) wastewater technician to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This individual will be responsible for processing and treating hazardous and non-hazardous waste waters using various reagents. They will also be responsible for separating hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste and placing them in the warehouse accordingly, running filtration systems, working with tanker trucks (unload materials, attach hoses, occasional cleanouts).

Responsibilities

• Work with tanker trucks (unload materials, attach hoses, occasional cleanouts).

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry OR one-year experience in related industry.
• Great mindset - Want to work attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 40 certification is a plus.
• 2+ years experience working with wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge in hazardous waste/wastewater.
