Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist who is skilled in time management, computer proficiency, diligence, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic accounting tasks including invoicing, bank deposits, bookkeeping, purchase orders, and payroll.
- Answer emails and telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Carry out accurate data entry tasks.
- Manage filing systems efficiently.
- Provide membership support by addressing member inquiries and assisting with member services.
- Assist in event planning and provide support during conference meetings.
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and administrative support.
- Experience with data entry, Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel), and basic accounting tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Good understanding of MS Office with basic Excel skills.
Work Environment
The position requires working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and is 100% on-site. The role is initially for a duration of 6 months with the potential to become permanent. The work location is East Norriton, PA. Full benefits are provided and are 100% paid by the employer for the employee. If family benefits are opted for, the employee will pay 25% of the total premium while the employer will cover 75%.
