Sourcing Manager

Description:

• Manage the In-Home sales process - Lead, train and inspire In-Home sales team

• Coordinate and track incoming leads (Walk-ins, phone calls, internet, referrals)

• Assist with lead generation

o Working with advertising agency on commercial and messaging

o Work with internet provider (organic lead generation and pay per click)

o Monitor, track and improve results on lead generation and productivity

o Work with team to have highly trained, educated, knowledgeable team that can meet the needs of the various customers and products

o Responsible for tracking, maintaining product samples, brochures, point of sale tools, ride along sales training, role playing and showroom training

o Work with team to assure best products in showroom are up to date, serviceable and clean

o Maintain showroom presence as needed

• Participate in management and sales meetings

• Develop and refine an overall strategy for In-Home sales – raise the morale and create a customer focus/can do work environment

• Increase sales and sales force to fit needs

• Job site, In-Home and showroom duties

• Works with Operations/Production Manager, Install and Service teams

Qualifications:

-MUST have window/door industry experince

-Must have proven sales experience

-Past management experince is a plus

-Basic computer skills (office products)

-Must be able to communicate via call and email

-Bachelors degree preferred , must have high school/GED
