Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will manage onsite projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, oversee subcontractors for compliance, and travel to various job sites to monitor progress and address issues. This role requires collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, as well as assistance in the bidding process for new civil construction projects. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and providing regular updates to senior management are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage onsite projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Travel to various job sites to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision or project management in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
• Valid driver's license.

Work Environment
