On-site Support Technician

Description

• This person will be providing hands-on support to end users.
• This person should be prepared to move/manage a large amount of equipment for various purposes including equipment replacement cycles, area renovations, and new area setups.
• This person will be responsible for keeping good track of asset hardware utilizing equipment management tools and procedures.

Skills

• windows 10 troubleshooting & support,
• Imaging,
• Hardware & software deployments
• User management
• Mobile devices & MS Intune

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a completed Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be able to be on-site M-F, 8am-5pm. This is 100% on-site.
• Must be comfortable working in a very business professional environment- suit attire as needed.

Experience Level

3 or more years of experience in IT support.
