Job Title: HR/Payroll Coordinator Location: Franklin, TN Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling standard HR coordinator duties as well as managing payroll for 200 non-salaried employees. Experience with ADP Lyric is preferred. Key Responsibilities: **HR Coordination:** - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues. - Coordinate training and development programs for employees. - Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed. **Payroll Management:** - Process bi-weekly payroll for 200 non-salaried employees using ADP Lyric. - Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes. - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. - Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination and payroll processing. - Proficiency in using ADP Lyric for payroll management. - Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
