Job Title: HR Associate
Job Description
The People Solutions Associate performs HR activities within the Global People Solutions team. The work activities include but are not limited to addressing employee inquiries and issue resolution, process management, record administration, and document management. The People Solutions Associate will be expected to complete work within a defined service level agreement and with high quality and customer service. This role requires the ability to deal with ambiguity and be a fast learner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact to handle TIER 1 level inquiries from employees, managers, and HR professionals related to Benefits, Payroll, etc.
- Promptly escalate issues appropriately to team manager.
- Accurately maintain employee records.
- Analyze and resolve problems.
- Provide suggestions and/or recommendations for changes to applicable processes or tools as recognized from functioning in the role on a daily basis.
- Execute and enhance process work supported by the People Solutions organization.
- Partner with other People Solutions teams to promote team alignment.
- Audit and update HR data, systems, and vendors.
- Update and improve the knowledge repository to enable the team to take ownership of a higher percentage of inbound inquiries.
- Actively identify opportunities for educating the team.
- Continually evaluate existing work processes and prospective processes to ensure the most effective use of resources and tools.
- Identify trends in issues and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Generate simple reports and pull data from the system, collate and format data as required.
- Scan, store, and retrieve employee records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statement of the company.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer support in the resolution of human resource transactions.
- Understand Service Level Agreements (SLA), assignments, and escalations.
- Analyze trends of commonly asked questions and issues and work with the team lead/analyst to provide suggestions for process improvements.

- Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time
- Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations (Benefits/Payroll/Ops/Stock/etc.)
- Experience with an HRIS/HR Ticketing System, such as Workday
- Extensive experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High confidentiality and integrity
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Experience working for a global company
- Workday and ServiceNow (or any ticketing system) experience a plus
Work Environment
This role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will use various HR systems and tools, including Workday and other HRIS/HR ticketing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. The position involves handling confidential information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. The team values collaboration and alignment, and you will work closely with other People Solutions teams to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.
