Float Medical Assistant

Actalent Healthcare is seeking a Float Medical Assistant for a specialty group in West Dallas/Fort Worth!

Job Description:

• Back office duties in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Floating to various clinics with the same group on a weekly basis
• Rooming patients
• Vital signs
• Charting in EMR system
• Exam & procedure prep
• Some front office duties - check in/check out & appointment scheduling
• Assisting the provider as needed

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. No weekends!!!!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior back office clinical experience
• Confident handling back office duties in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience floating/working with several providers is preferred
• MA certification NOT required, but preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
