Data Analyst - Snaplogic

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join an IAM Governance team.

Our team is putting out new dashboards for IAM Governance related processes.

- This role will help run reports and analyze data from these dashboards.

- Responsible for monitoring ticket queues, identifying tickets that are not assigned, and coordinating the proper response

- This person will be responsible for updating, and in some cases creating, process documentation

Ideal candidate will have some background in an IT Support role, preferably focused on Cyber Security or Identity Management.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience configuring systems for Identity and Access Management, including LDAP, Active Directory and other authentication and identity systems including MFA.

• Experience extracting data from various directory and IAM systems to analyze users, identities, privileges, entitlements, etc. with an eye toward quantifying and clarifying the scope of access management migration challenges.

• Strong communication skills (will be interacting heavily with project management and governance team members to assess ongoing project requirements and performance)

• Experience transforming ideas into successful projects from both structured and unstructured datasets.

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects.

• Utilizing Snap Logic to improve Snowflake data pipelines. Experience with other data pipeline solutions would be easy enough to work with.

• Develop comprehensive reports to address complex issues across projects.

• Proactively meeting user requirements and collaborating with subject matter experts, within many different fields of expertise.

• Lead and manage projects autonomously within strategic enterprise initiatives,

• Create and implement Python scripts for automated data retrieval and preprocessing. Experience with dated or legacy systems would be a plus. Experience with Perl would be great.

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) transitions to cloud-based solutions.

• Strong proficiency in analytics, data modeling, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets. We mostly use PowerBI, or other MS solutions for small projects, PowerAutomate, Forms, etc.
