Responsibilities
• The main duties include designing plans to meet personal sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with customers, and driving new sales for the Aftermarket organization to meet annual revenue and sales targets
• Each month report to the Director of Sales with results and respond to feedback on adjustments and improvements to their current sales target strategies
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with Trident sales professionals and their customers to better understand their business objectives and needs
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
