We are seeking a coordinator to support our intern program. Successful candidates will work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. They possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines. A proven track record of effective time management and taking initiative is important. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong customer obsession.
Responsibilities
- Support the Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders.
- Manage intern program activities and build relationships across partners and stakeholders.
- Provide front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
- Deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, and work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
- Communicate effectively, shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Essential Skills
- Scheduling
- Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication Skills
- Email Management
- Previous experience in coordination roles, ideally in managing large volume requests or self-serve roles
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Word, Work Docs, and SharePoint
- Ability to read and find information from SOPs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
- Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
- Experience working with data including strong Excel skills such as V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
Work Environment
The role is onsite 5 days a week. This position offers a great opportunity to support a high-volume organization and work in a highly collaborative talent acquisition environment.
