Job Title: Safety Manager (Data Center Construction Project)

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Manager to join our team supporting a QTS data center role in Spotsylvania. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting site-specific safety programs. They will work in partnership with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific safety programs.
• Work in partnership with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.
• Develop and review work plans.
• Coordinate the job site hazard analysis program.
• Conduct and document all safety inspections.
• Conduct and document all project safety training.
• Review and finalize all safety submittals.
• Interact with subcontractors and the owner's representatives.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in safety management or a CHST degree.
• First Aid Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• AED Certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience in safety procedures and safety management.
• Willingness to relocate for project needs.
