Procurement (Healthcare)

Schedule: Mon - Fri from 7 AM - 3 PM (Potential flexibility with shift)

Description

This individual will be the only member of their Procurement team for the Operating Room.

• Reviewing and overseeing inventory, ordering of supplies, and overall management of the day-to-day.
• They will be responsible for making sure the inventory for the Operating Room stays up to date for the incoming cases day to day.
• They will also be responsible for the receiving and distribution processes and keeping those smooth for the department.
• The OR also has vendors come through to visit and bring the medical equipment for trials, and this individual will be managing them as they are coming in day to day.
• They will manage them getting to the OR staff at the right times and bringing the right equipment for the right procedures.
• This is a smaller hospital than the others in the area, so they have to be efficient and use their time and materials wisely.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Healthcare Inventory and Distribution
• 1+ years experience in Operating Room logistics
• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of experience
