Description
Answers and handles inbound calls to the Service Departments, scheduling appointments and providing assistance as necessary
2. Obtains detailed, accurate and specific customer, vehicle and service information
3. Monitors appointments, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule
4. Proactively contacts customers and conducts other outbound calls as necessary
5. Retrieves and handles after-hours voicemails appropriately
6. Brings any potential customer dissatisfaction issues to the attention of the Service Customer Care Center
7. Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction
8. Maintains safe work environment
9. Completes all other projects and duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications
high school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of call center experience
car dealership experience a plus
