Services Representative opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area!

 

Job Description:

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured

contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings,

checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide

opportunities for positive member interaction.

 

Experience

Success profile: Call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, baking/mortgage, professional environment or high volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information. 
  • Route members to the appropriate departments. 
  • Open new accounts and educate members or potential members on products and services that best meet their needs. 
  • Provide peace of mind to and empathize with members who have experienced fraud or unauthorized transactions on their debit or credit cards. 
  • Educate members on self-service options related to unauthorized debit and credit card transactions 
  • Listen and look for red flags to prevent fraudulent transactions and identity theft. 
  • Research debit and credit card authorizations and perform debit or credit card maintenance 
  • Submit and provide status of debit or credit card dispute or fraud claims

Hours 

5 days a week, 40 hours, Multiple Shifts Available between 11am and 2am EST
