Schedule: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (some flexibility on start time)
Start Date: Immediate - Start date is may 5th
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
6-Month Contract to Hire - Opportunities for pay increases overtime once they are a Full Time Employee

Job Summary
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to provide comprehensive event and facilities support. This role involves a variety of tasks including setting up event spaces, managing supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup: Reset tables and chairs in large meeting rooms, manage power connections, and change linens on side tables.
- Supply Management: Restock fridges, snack carts, and supplies in food service areas and meeting rooms. Manage deliveries and stock supply rooms.
- Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate and execute work orders for setting up event centers, relocating workstations, and addressing furniture repairs and removals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Management team and workplace vendors to ensure efficient facilities operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma
- Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Attention to detail and tidiness
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse audience
- High degree of trust and integrity
Additional Information

- Work Environment: You will be working in a new event space at our headquarters in Bellevue, primarily independently.
