Job Title: Manufacturing Test Engineer
Available Shifts:
- 4 x 10 shifts front end or back end of the week, will include weekends

Space experience related to hardware is preferred
Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving testing issues to keep production on schedule, as well as driving efficiency improvements through automation and process changes. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, design, thermal, and electrical engineering teams to achieve these objectives.
- Working with production teams to implement new processes, review & solve key technical blockers in production, performing production development testing, etc.
- Development work analyzing production and test data to identify and implement key production improvement actions, acting on quality escapes by developing and implementing new quality control measures, developing & executing to existing roadmaps for capacity increase, process simplification, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on testing experience.
- 2+ years experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive or consumer electronics systems.
- 1+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C, Labview)
- Solid understanding of Engineering and Testing fundamentals.
- ITAR Compliant
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in development of test plans and protocols related to established Space Hardware test processes (GEVS / SMC-S-016)
- 2+ years experience with integration and testing of satellite hardware.
- 2+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C, Labview)
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute test campaigns on complex systems.
- Experience as a technical lead, leading small groups of engineers through product development or test campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations
- Excellent problem-solving, root causing and analysis skills
