Job Title: Sales Support Administrator


Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support for multiple delivery stations across the US, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the site and its surrounding Company partners. The role involves tracking delays, delivery errors, and partner technical issues, and includes end-of-day reporting to the manager on package misses and escalations. You will holistically own the site performance of a delivery station while sitting in the office and following up on partners that are flagging or need support. Communication with the team and Business Partners in need of support is key.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
  • Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
  • Use logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
  • Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.
  • End-of-day reporting to manager on package misses and escalations.
  • Track delays, delivery errors, and partner technical issues.
  • Support communication with team and Business Partners.

Work Environment

The role involves working 4 days a week, with shifts either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Two shifts are available: 7:30am-6pm PST or 11am-9:30pm PST. The position is on-site at Everest in Bellevue.
