Managing the development and implementation of small to moderately complex new programs or processes designed to improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance customer service.

• Role spans both traditional project management responsibilities and aspects of product management.
• Involves running Smartsheets and overseeing project management for global coffee portfolio, with a focus on prioritization, issue resolution, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Product management tasks require familiarity with process, including timely commercialization and tracking of multiple coffee SKUs through internal systems.
• Requires skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and brand management, along with pulling business presentations for new coffee initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage two larger projects that will occupy the majority of time.
• Participate in weekly meetings and solve open questions related to finance and supply chain.
• Ensure portfolio projects stay on track and meet timelines while creating continuity across teams.
• Handle day-to-day management of new coffee products through the commercialization process.
• Resolve open issues efficiently.
• Manage presentations, slides, and calendars to maintain continuity for the full portfolio.
