Job Description
The Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization. As an integral partner, you will manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships, often providing them with their first impression of the company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication with internal and external clients, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of recruiting coordinator, coordination, scheduling or calendar management experience.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
