Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant II to join our team. This role is based in Seattle and is a 9-month contract position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail, decision-making skills, and urgency in response to situations requiring quick turnaround. High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
- Make smart and timely decisions while reacting with appropriate urgency to situations and events.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Switch gears seamlessly in response to changing priorities and situations.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).
- Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to make smart and timely decisions.
- Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice and handle urgent situations effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least two years of college education required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment for this position includes working closely with senior professionals inside and outside the company. The candidate will use technologies such as Microsoft Office and Outlook tools. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
