Job Title: Community Association Manager


Job Description

The candidate in this role will develop and sustain relationships with local communities impacted by utility infrastructure projects, focusing on Kittitas County and neighboring areas. They will actively engage with local communities to build support for the design, implementation, and construction of projects. Additionally, they will build a local support network for clean energy transformation and develop strategies to address customer and community interests.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with local communities in Kittitas County and neighboring areas.
  • Actively engage with local communities to build support for project design, implementation, and construction.
  • Build a local support network for clean energy transformation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address customer and community interests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of total safety.
  • Conduct business honestly, ethically, and in alignment with core values and Code of Conduct.
  • Perform duties in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

Essential Skills

  • 7 years of prior experience developing and sustaining relationships with local communities, preferably in utilities or construction space.
  • Experience in community relations and/or related utility operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and delivering strategies to local communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Work Environment

This role offers a unique and flexible schedule. You will have the opportunity to work varying hours to ensure a strong community presence at local events in Kittitas County and neighboring areas. This may include some evenings and weekends. Outside of community events, you will have the flexibility to choose hours that best suit your needs. This position requires you to be local to Kittitas County or surrounding areas, with the option to work fully remote outside of community engagements.

Compensation:$50.48
