Job Description

Candidates will be working with Engineers and Project Managers to draft Revit models for construction projects. The role involves designing and drawing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical models to be built in the field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to draft Revit models for construction projects.
• Design and draw HVAC, plumbing, and electrical models using Revit.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of the Revit models.
• Update and modify Revit models as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with Revit MEP
• Knowledge of plumbing design
• Experience in HVAC design
• Ability to create construction models
• Degree in a relevant field or 3 years of experience in Revit

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Revit architecture
• Associates or Bachelor in Architecture
