About the Program: TEKsystems has partnered with Per Scholas to offer a FREE, hands-on Data Center Support bootcamp designed for individuals interested in launching or advancing a career in tech—especially those who live near or can commute to Mount Pleasant, WI. This is not a traveling role; it’s ideal for those seeking their first tech job or a career change.

There is no pay/salary for this role

Program Details:

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Format: Combination on-site and remote training

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm

• Start Date: Next cohort begins January 20th, 2026

• End Date: March 17th, 2026

• Referral Deadlines: December 17th, 2025

• Orientation: Mandatory on the first day

• OSHA Safety Training (OSHA 10-Hour, NFPA 70E)

Certifications Earned:

• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry

• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety

• Cisco Networking Essentials

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must have either a CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate, or have attended a technical bootcamp

2. Reliable transportation

3. Comfortable with background check and drug testing

4. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb ladders

5. No prior tech or data center experience is required
